By placing an order with Avesta company s.r.o. (online-shop www.white-giraffe.com), the Buyer acknowledges the acceptance of these General Sales Condtions. Divergences from these Conditions are possible but have to be agreed always in writing.
Goods can be ordered through the online store. After ordering, the Buyer receives a message from the shop to email.
Product is reserved in real time. Order is available for the payment immediately after order placement. Buyer cannot change order after placement.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on destination and weight of the order, including the weight of the package. The cost of packaging contained in the product price, and can not be reduced.
All additional costs if they occur ( duties, customs, etc.) the Buyer pays in accordance with the laws of their country.
Standard handling time is 1-3 working days from the date of payment, maximum 5 working days. If you want your order shipped by a certain date, please contact the Administration in order to avoid misunderstandings.
Orders sending only after full payment by the buyer. Payment for orders available with online payment systems, bank transfer, cards or classical money transfer. Please note that some of the payment options include additional fees.

In agreement with the Administration, time for payment may increase.
Usially goods deliver by Czech Post, first class mail with tracking numbers. Cost of delivery are dependent on the weight of the order including packaging, destination country and are consistent with rates used by the delivery service.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases on WhiteGiraffe. We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may return products within 14 days of the date of delivery. We will accept returned items if they are unused.
We will accept back your order if it still has its marketable qualities (including its packaging), consumer attributes and invoice. Within 7 days of receipt of your returned items we will either refund the price of your order or exchange goods for similar items. Remember that a Buyer is liable for any shipping expenses during exchange and return processes.

We do our best to save items in one piece during delivery. However, if by any reason goods arrived broken, please send us a photo, on which we can clearly see the damage, and describe its condition.
In this case we will refund the value of the item (this can be money or other available item) or exchange this item for a similar one.
To check on the status of your return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, address and details on the item(s) you returned.

· The administration ensures that the product is the same as indicated on the packaging, except the technical errors.
